Responsibilities of each department are as follows:
General manager: being in full charge of the company’s daily management affairs, confirming the company’s development direction and strategies, making the final decision.
Purchasing Department: formulating and implementing products purchasing plans and schemes, responsible for the management and control of the procurement and selection of raw materials of the products, controlling the quality, delivery dates, and quantity of raw materials.
Administration Department: responsible for the daily management of personnel affairs and administrative affairs.
Products Department: responsible for the company’s product combinations design, product package and good-looking plan design, responsible for products delivery, quantity checking, etc.Responsible for the whole process of product line management, including requirements gathering, analysis of market and competitive products, formulating product plan,designing product functions.Responsible for continuous improvement users’ experience.
Marketing Department: responsible for the company’s marketing promotion and planning, realizing the annual sales target through a variety of ways, responsible for the company’s logistics management and operation.
Finance Department: responsible for management and check of the daily receipts and disbursements.Responsible for the management of company’s capital operation, daily financial management and analysis, capital operation, financing strategies, negotiations with foreign cooperation, etc.
Sales Department: through research and analysis of market information, learning the tendency of the market and the real needs of customers, grasping the opportunities to avoid risks, doing market forecast, making detailed sales plans that conform to reality, making efforts to expand product sales and market share.
